$150 / hour

🌟 We accept HSA/FSA cards and most forms of payment.
We are unable to accept insurance at this time.

Packages

Services are also offered in packages at discounted prices.
These prices do not include the cost of a CGM device.
Patient is responsible for providing their own CGM for services.
Discounts are available for CGMs when purchased as part of a package.

New to CGM? Required Starter Session (60 minutes)

60 minute onboarding session: sensor placement guidance, setup assistance, CGM interpretation fundamentals, and Q&A.

Required before all other services.

Intake Session - If no CGM Purchased (30 minutes)

30-minute intake session to determine needs, review health history intake, develop individual plan and recommendations on how to obtain CGM.

Virtual or In-person CGM Review + Coaching session (30 minutes)

Includes a virtual session with full 30 minute review of CGM data, with summary report, plus discuss trends, behaviors, and goal setting.

Recommended twice a month for first month.

Education Session (30 minutes)

30 minute session covering specific topics such as carb counting, nutrition recommendations, medication timing, and hypoglycemia prevention etc.
